Callie joined Jim’s Building Inspections in early 2016. He has a Cert IV in Building and Construction and an LLB degree from the University of New England. He is advancing his studies with an Associate degree in Building Surveying at CQ University. Callie is a qualified building, new construction, timber/pest, asbestos, and meth inspector.

Callie managed and owned a real estate and property development business for many years, which saw him gain valuable experience in the property and construction industry.

Over the past 25 years, builders and lawyers have consulted Callie on construction and property matters. He has been actively involved in land subdivisions, strata unit building, renovations, and the construction industry. His experience and knowledge of the challenges faced by property owners, buyers, investors, strata managers, and renovators add value to his services as a building inspector.

He has been married for 25 years and has two children. He enjoys spending time with his supportive family, going to the beach, hiking across Western Australia, doing amateur photography, and the outdoors.
