YOUR LOCAL SORRENTO BUILDING INSPECTOR

Manie joined our team as Regional Franchisor for Northern WA which includes all areas from Perth to Broome to manage our franchisees in Western Australia. Manie will also manage his own Franchise between the area from Sorrento to Ocean Reef and the coastline to Wanneroo road.

Manie has extensive business and project management experience from over twenty years working and managing projects across multiple disciplines in the infrastructure, construction, telecommunications, security and mining industries. Manie has managed large teams delivering multi-million dollar projects as well as portfolio management of projects in the order of $300m.

Manie holds a master’s degree in business administration (MBA) as well as a project management diploma. Amongst other certifications he also holds a Cert IV in Engineering Drawing, Diploma in Painting Techniques and he is currently in the process of completing his Advanced Diploma in Building Surveying.

Manie brings to the JBI group his history and experience of successful management, technical background, can-do attitude and a passion for quality in customer service. Manie’s aim is to grow the JBI business across Western Australia and offer a variety of professional services to the commercial and residential markets.

Manie values quality family life. With his lovely very supportive wife and fabulous two teenage boys, they enjoy camping, fishing, 4x4ing, exploring nature, photography, cycling and anything outdoors. Manie managed a Scout Group for a few years and has a passion for teaching children about the environment, but due to studies and work-life balance, he now offers the outdoor experience only to his own two boys. Together they take every moment possible to be outdoors and enjoy the quality of life WA offers.
