Dudley holds a honours degree in engineering and a professional project management (PMP) certificate, with an engineering projects delivery career spanning thirty years. He has done additional courses in industrial asbestos management, waste disposal, environmental management and sustainability. He is also currently completing a diploma in building and construction.

His experience spans across chemical processing; power generation, transmission & distribution; industrial buildings; industrial gases processing & distribution; minerals refining; and industrial manufacturing – where he successfully served in roles as maintenance engineer, reliability manager, studies manager, project manager and construction manager for large multinational organisations. He has managed large projects and multidisciplinary teams where complex technical problems had to be solved with industry best practices, creative ingenuity, and teamwork – all within budget, schedule & quality standards.

Dudley’s background serves well in interpreting buildings’ structural integrity, understanding failure modes, as well as the performance and behaviour of various building elements and materials. His technical capabilities are rivalled only by his enthusiasm to provide exceptional service to help people who are making the significant decision of buying or building a home. He is objective, unbiased and professional, paying attention to detail and presenting findings in honest, clear, and easy to understand reports.

Dudley has been married for 24 years and has three teenage children. He enjoys spending time with his family, walking, restoring his 1969 model Triumph Spitfire and anything outdoors and travelling our beautiful state.
