Tambwe is a registered builder practitioner, licensed asbestos assessor and project manager with over twelve (12) years of experience in the construction, design and demolition industry. He specializes in the design and construction projects for retail and commercial fuel facilities, mixed-use developments, remediation, and asbestos projects.

Tambwe’s comprehensive knowledge of the project lifecycle, including project operations, cost control, resource utilization, and risk management, allows him to effectively manage cross-functional project teams during the development cycle. He has a unique understanding of the full project lifecycle, from project planning and integration to value-adding to clients’ requirements.

Tambwe has a broad knowledge base in various software programs used in construction and engineering documentation, BIM management, and procedural and legislative compliance.
